and entertainment, and a kid friendly atmosphere, her stellar team will respect your time and honor your trust. She is committed to providing the highest level of superior comprehensive dental care and to educating families of the importance in establishing a good oral hygiene regimen early in their child’s life. Dr. Choate has developed a ‘Lil Sparkler program for those 24 months and under. This program provides a courtesy first visit that is fun and educational for the child, parents and caregivers.
