We’re thrilled with this smile transformation for a wonderful patient 😃! These pictures show the before, immediate post-surgery, and 10 day post-op photos for a procedure called esthetic crown lengthening, which can be used to correct a “gummy smile”. We love this procedure for the instant results it provides! 🤩

Love this result for a lovely patient 😍! She had been avoiding treatment for gum recession for years until her dentist finally convinced her to come in for a consult. Treating all upper teeth using donor tissue and a minimally invasive tunnel approach allowed us to avoid harvesting tissue from the palate and ensured a more comfortable experience with a fantastic result 😃! Complete root coverage and thicker, more stable, and most-importantly, healthier gum tissue achieved ✔️. Picture shows the initial presentation on top and the outcome at 2 months post-op on the bottom.

We love getting to see how our procedures hold up over time! This wonderful patient initially had minimally invasive gum grafting using donor graft tissue to address the recession and some conservative fillings to replace the lost tooth structure in some of the teeth in the bottom left area.
💫 Using this technique and donor tissue helps to avoid a second surgery site at the roof of your mouth, resulting in less post-operative discomfort. The pics show where we are today, followed by where we started, to one month post-gum grafting, to 4 months post-grafting when the fillings were done, and finally, the before and after.

💫 The tissue has continued to mature and improve over time and the outcomes look great! With the right planning and proactively addressing issues like recession as they arise, outcomes like these can be predictable and an excellent way to achieve and maintain beautiful, long-lasting oral health!
