Hard work looks different for everyone. Sometimes, it’s taking the first step. Sometimes, it’s getting back to the things you love. And sometimes, it’s simply refusing to give up.

This Labor Day, we celebrate the determination of our patients and the dedication of those who help keep them moving.

In observance of Labor Day, all Buckner Prosthetics offices will be closed on Monday, September 7. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8.

💡FUN FACT FRIDAY💡

The Revofit adjustable socket technology uses a BOA dial system to make quick, precise adjustments to a prosthetic socket—helping improve fit, comfort, and overall control.

With a simple dial, the socket can be tightened or loosened to accommodate changes in residual-limb volume throughout the day to help provide a more consistent fit as normal fluid fluctuations occur throughout the day. 🦿

Meet Mr. Brown

After losing his arm in a factory accident, Mr. Brown spent a lot of time with our upper extremity specialist learning how to make the most of his prosthesis.

Some of his favorite hobbies include fishing and gardening. He enjoys his TASKA hand because it allows him to pick up and hold smaller objects.

His story is a great reminder that progress takes time, patience and determination. We’re proud to be a small part of his journey.
