Why do we do CT scans? The added value of this advanced technology is the precision of diagnoses. Dr. Shnaydman will use the scan to make a diagnosis of whether or not a root canal will cure the condition. The examination determines if the pulp can recover or the tooth is dead. Based on the condition we will treat the infection or recommend removing the tooth.
