We have updated our policies! We took a good look at what was working and what wasn’t, as well as feedback from ya’ll. We made a few tweaks to allow us to give your children the best and safest experience when they visit us.

Our switch to our new dental software is complete! We are truly grateful for your support and patience while we adjust!

Our temporary texting number at 256-398-6454, will be discontinued and we will resume texting you from our regular office number at 256-398-6502. If you ever need to text us, please text us at our office number 256-398-6502!

Something exciting is happening! ☀️ Our office will be upgrading to a brand new dental software on May 18th 2026! This change is to allow us to better take care of our families and spend less time in front of a computer and more time with our patients! Please be patient with us as we make this change. ❤️

Here’s what you can expect.
-more reliable texting with our staff and Dr. Cat and better automated text reminders
-new and improved patient portal. You’ll be able to complete forms easily, pay your bill, see billing history, and future appointments
-we reviewed our forms to make them more easy to complete with less headaches
-we’re integrating AI into our practice, too! With AI insurance verification our front desk is able to check your insurance and give you more accurate estimates faster.
-AI will also be reviewing our x-rays, making it easier for you to see your child’s teeth and for us to discuss their treatment plan with you.

Our office will be closed from April 29-May 5th for Dr. Cat and Dr. Matt to attend the American Association of Orthodontics conference to learn new skills to offer our patients the best care! We will reopen May 5th at 8am. Emergency messages will monitored, so please reach out to us if you need us!
