Something exciting is happening! ā˜€ļø Our office will be upgrading to a brand new dental software on May 18th 2026! This change is to allow us to better take care of our families and spend less time in front of a computer and more time with our patients! Please be patient with us as we make this change. ā¤ļø

Hereā€™s what you can expect.
-more reliable texting with our staff and Dr. Cat and better automated text reminders
-new and improved patient portal. Youā€™ll be able to complete forms easily, pay your bill, see billing history, and future appointments
-we reviewed our forms to make them more easy to complete with less headaches
-weā€™re integrating AI into our practice, too! With AI insurance verification our front desk is able to check your insurance and give you more accurate estimates faster.
-AI will also be reviewing our x-rays, making it easier for you to see your childā€™s teeth and for us to discuss their treatment plan with you.

Our office will be closed from April 29-May 5th for Dr. Cat and Dr. Matt to attend the American Association of Orthodontics conference to learn new skills to offer our patients the best care! If your little one has some pearly whites appearing in their smile itā€™s time to come visit us!

First visits are simple and quick. Weā€™ll discuss and show you how to brush your childā€™s teeth effectively, as well as complete a simple cleaning and exam. Your little one will sit with you the entire visit!

Our Sā€™more Smiles family is growing! Weā€™re looking for one front desk receptionist who loves working with children in a positive work environment!

Duties for our front desk position includes answering the phone, taking payments, making appointments, coordinating with dental insurance, financial arrangements, answering questions, and use of computer software.
