Dr. Matt Andrews received his bachelor’s degree from UW-Madison and also went on to receive his dental degree from Marquette University. Dr. Andrews took over ownership of Dr. Bob Schroeder’s dental office in January of 201
0. As a graduate of Cuba City High School, he is excited to be back “home” to serve the people of SW WI, and all surrounding communities. Dr. Andrews and his wife, Molly live in rural Cuba City with their four children Brayden, Owen, Mallory, and Brennen. Dr. Kevin Klar, DDS
Dr. Kevin Klar is a graduate of UW-Platteville. He gained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Marquette University. Dr. Klar grew up in the Platteville and Cuba City area. He enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Klar, his wife Anne, and their son are excited to be back in Southwest WI. Dr. Klar is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality care. Dr. Sahar Rezayazdi, DDS
Dr. Sahar Rezayazdi received her bachelor’s degree and dental degree from University of Iowa. She has been practicing since 2006 and takes pride in patient care and educating patients about good oral health. Dr. Sahar and her family moved to the tri-state area in 2014. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, running, boating, and traveling.
