Dr Hoover works on Monday and Tuesday every week but occasionally works other days. Next week Dr Hoover will be working on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. If you need an appointment and have been waiting, Thursday could be your day. Call The office at 847-310-9600 to make your appointment.

The first and second days were wonderful! The schedule is filling up faster than I could have imagined.

If you are having a problem, please let the front desk staff know. We always make room for patients in pain. Pain isn’t the only immediate problem. Broken teeth, or fillings need to be seen. I hope none of you ever have any of these problems, but if you or a friend or family member ever do, just call!

Dr Hoover is back at work! His vaccine gave him the antibodies he needed to be safe seeing patients. Even if it isn’t time for your visit, drop in to say “Hi” if you have been vaccinated!

Dr Hoover has gotten his first vaccine dose and is excited to getting his second one. He has always said that he will be back at Hoffman Estates Family Dentistry as soon as he has antibodies. That step is very close.

Chicago and Illinois are currently having some cash flow problems and it seems overwhelming. It is a good time to remember our history and be proud of our great contribution to this great country. We were the first sanctuary city for run away slaves, and we are currently a sanctuary city for illegals aliens. We were the first state to ratify the 19th amendment giving women the right to vote. We were the first state to ratify the 13 amendment to end slavery. The cell phone was invented in Schaumburg in 1973. The first skyscraper was built here in 1883. The great leaders we have contributed include Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S Grant, and Ronald Reagan among many others.
We will dig our way out of our current problems and, as always, be a shining example to the rest of our fellow citizens.

This is a picture of bridal veil falls at Yosemite from the entrance road at the other end of the Valley on May 26. The cloud completely hid the upper Yosemite falls and all the rock formations we hoped to see, but it was fabulous and breathtaking anyway!
