Since 1996, FHPC has provided quality healthcare to the uninsured adults in McHenry County.

OUR VISION: Over the next ten years, the Family Health Partnership Clinic will assure that the residents of the McHenry County area will enjoy the benefit of full access to high quality health care, regardless of the ability to pay, by offering multiple sites throughout our community to adequately meet those needs. The Clinic operates on a sliding fee scale, although no patient is turned away due to inability to pay. At registration, patients will be asked to provide some proof of income.

🌿 FHPC in the Wild Wednesday!

We spotted one of our own out in the wild — and she's being celebrated! 🎉

Congratulations to Carrie Holtz, FHPC's Finance Manager, who was just recognized by The Community Foundation for McHenry County for 2 years of service! 💙

For those who don't know, CFMC is McHenry County's leading philanthropic organization — managing more than 100 charitable funds, granting approximately $1.5 million annually to local nonprofits (that's us! 🙋), and awarding $50,000 in scholarships to students each year. They are the heartbeat of charitable giving in our community.

And Carrie? She's keeping the books straight for BOTH of us. 💪 Honestly, between managing finances for FHPC AND the Community Foundation for McHenry County, we're starting to think she might be superhuman. 🦸‍♀️

We are so grateful for Carrie and the incredible work she does for this community — in more ways than one!

🌿 FHPC in the Wild Wednesday!
This week's wild sighting: our very own Executive Director, Suzanne, spotted way up in Grand Marais, MN at the North House Folk School taking a "Build Thoreau's Cabin" class! 🪵🪓
We love that Suzanne is out here channeling her inner Henry David Thoreau — and by all accounts, she took to that tool belt like she was born wearing one. 😄 Rumor has it they had to gently pry the circular saw out of her hands at the end of the day. 🪚 No comment from Suzanne at this time.
When she's not fighting for healthcare access for our uninsured neighbors, she's in the northwoods of Minnesota building cabins and apparently discovering her true calling. We may need to update her job title. 😂
