Family Health Partnership Clinic Since 1996, FHPC has provided quality healthcare to the uninsured adults in McHenry County.

OUR VISION: Over the next ten years, the Family Health Partnership Clinic will assure that the residents of the McHenry County area will enjoy the benefit of full access to high quality health care, regardless of the ability to pay, by offering multiple sites throughout our community to adequately meet those needs. The Clinic operates on a sliding fee scale, although no patient is turned away due to inability to pay. At registration, patients will be asked to provide some proof of income.

Long before "farm to table" was a trendy phrase, this family was already living it — growing wholesome, vine-ripened veggies with love at their family farm in Marengo and bringing that same spirit straight to our patients here at Family Health Partnership Clinic.

If you've ever called FHPC, checked in for an appointment, or had a question answered with a smile — chances are one of these ladies made it happen. The front desk is hands-down the busiest spot in the clinic: phones ringing, appointments booking, questions flying in from every direction... and somehow they handle it all without missing a beat! 💪

🌎 FHPC in the Wild: Washington, D.C. Edition! 🌎

This week, our Executive Director Suzanne Hoban and Director of Clinical Operations Jay Highland traveled to Washington, D.C. for the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics' 2026 Charitable Healthcare Symposium!

Suzanne was even a featured presenter, sharing her expertise on building effective nonprofit boards with charitable clinic leaders from across the country. 👏

For Jay, it was his first time attending the symposium, and he came away energized by everything he learned from fellow charitable clinics doing this same important work nationwide.

We're so proud to have leadership who not only serve McHenry County but also help shape the future of charitable healthcare across the country. Welcome home, Suzanne and Jay!
