We've been closely monitoring Covid-19 and the subsequent government orders. Recently our state has taken measures to reopen and has provided us a roadmap to do so as well. We are closely following their guidelines and have set our office reopen date to Monday, May 18, 2020.
We will be taking extra precautionary measures to protect the health of both you and our staff. It is important to read our new protocol.
When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your vehicle and contact the office (218)692-1522. Please make sure you bring your cell phone, receptionist will screen you with questions over the phone. If you do not have a cell phone, the night before please coordinate with receptionist on how to enter the building.
Patients will need to wear their own face mask entering and exiting their appointment. (Masks will not be provided)
After your health screening questions, the receptionist will let you know to wait outside the door, she will open the door for you.
You will need to use the hand sanitizer provided by the office.
Your temperature will be taken and recorded.
You will need to sign the health screening form and the Covid-19 Pandemic Dental Treatment Notice and Acknowledgement of Risk Form.
Please be aware if you have traveled outside or within the United State by air, cruise ship, bus or train within the past 14 days, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
Please be patient with our staff members during this transition.
If you had an appointment that we needed to reschedule during this pandemic, we will be contacting you in the next two weeks to get you rescheduled.
