The oh-so-tricky single central match. Here we replaced an old porcelain fused to metal crown with an all ceramic crown for a great esthetic outcome. Took a lot of attention to detail, and that made all the difference.

Previous trauma to the front teeth required a root canal on one tooth, bonding on the other; both of which discolored over time. That, coupled with the “gummy” smile (a condition called delayed passive eruption) left the patient unhappy with her smile. We completed a gumlift and bonded ceramic restorations (one veneer, one crown) for a pretty powerful esthetic improvement. What do you think?
