When you purchase a ticket, you’re reserving a specific seat for a specific time. If you can’t make it, that seat doesn’t automatically get filled or refunded.

The same goes for your salon appointment. That time has been reserved specifically for you, and a last-minute cancellation or no-show directly impacts your stylist.

As we head into the busy holiday season, we wanted to share a little reminder of why our policies are in place.
