To our patients scheduled Thursday afternoon June 4th and Friday 5th we will need to reschedule your appointments. We had a major equipment failure today and are not able to see anyone. Please be patient while we try to find spots for you. We are looking to bring in some temp help. If you know of any hygienists that could help us out over the next few weeks we’d love to talk to them! Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience!!

Seeking a Front Desk Admin for our small 1 doctor practice. We need someone who can greet patients with a smile, answer phones, schedule patients, confirm patient appointments, confirm insurance eligibility, update patient records, check patients in/out, post in-office payments, and manage general communication. To our patients - we will be rescheduling all appointments today. The stomach norovirus has hit some of our staff and we do not want to share it with anyone. Apologies for the inconvenience. Friday appointments are still on as planned with our sub-hygienist.

We are open today and the phones are working correctly now! We will be calling all of the scheduled patients today (1/6/25) to confirm if you are coming or not. Everyone be safe if you are out and about.

We are monitoring the weather and at this point are planning to be open as usual. We will update via this page and other broadcast media if this changes. If you want to reschedule your appointment for Monday, please call and leave a message or reply back to the confirmation text or email you received. Since the power outage from the church fire last week we have had some issues with our voicemail. Please press 9 to access the directory, then Enter the last name as DESK (3375) which will allow you to leave a message. Hopefully we can get this resolved soon too. Apologies for any missed calls and thank you for your patience.

To our patients - we currently do not have regular hygienist on staff. We are looking for a replacement, but so are many other offices. We have posted openings for subs and have gotten a few days covered. Sometimes we don’t find out until a few days before if we will have a day covered. Please be patient with us as we navigate the scheduling. Hopefully we can find someone permanent soon!! Please spread the word if you know of anyone that might be interested.

Maze Family Dentistry in Crawfordsville is still looking for hygiene subs in January as we search for permanent staff. Regular days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8-5 (1 hr lunch) starting Jan 6 but we’ll take anything you can work so we can keep our patients on schedule. Message me your rate! We pay mileage too (we’re really not that far)! If you’re interested in a permanent position 1, 2 or 3 days message me directly or send your resume to [email protected]
