Unlike bone, which can regenerate, tooth enamel has no living cells. Once it’s damaged by decay or acid, your body can’t repair it naturally.

That’s why prevention is everything! Keep up with your regular cleanings, brush twice a day, and don’t forget the fluoride! 🪥

🍗 Turkey is actually tooth-friendly!! It’s high in phosphorus and protein, which are both great for strengthening enamel. So if anyone questions that third plate, tell them it’s “for your teeth” 😉
