Let’s give a BIG Happy Administrative Professionals Day to the best of the best—our amazing office manager, Mikaila!! 💙

Here at Renew Dental Studio, we know how blessed we are to have such an incredible team. But today, we’re shining a special spotlight on Mikaila and all the reasons she truly is THE best.

You already know her as the cheerful voice on the phone and the beautiful, smiling face that greets you when you walk through our doors—but she does so much more than that. At the front desk, she’s juggling calls, emails, treatment plans, and all things insurance, all while making every patient feel cared for and valued. Her dedication and attention to detail are unmatched.

Behind the scenes, Mikaila wears more hats than we can count. With years of experience as a dental assistant, she’s the go-to for any patient questions and can jump in chairside whenever needed. She’s our gardener, sterilization tech, and even our in-house barista. Need someone to listen? She’s our unofficial office therapist—always there with a kind ear, a shoulder to lean on, and yes… a warm neck roll when you need it most.

And let’s not forget—every fun TikTok and social media post? Thats all her. (and making us re-film until it’s just right), she keeps the fun alive around here. She’s also our event planner, birthday tracker, and scheduling queen—basically, she keeps everything and everyone running smoothly.

And as amazing as she is at work, she’s just as incredible outside the office. Mikaila is a devoted wife and a proud boy mom. ( with a major in baseball 🤪) When she’s not here, you’ll find her at the ballpark cheering on her boys, at the gym, or spending quality time with her husband—with an Alani and a good book never too far away.

We are beyond lucky to have Mikaila on our team. She truly makes Renew Dental Studio what it is!

Happy Hygienist Appreciation Week to our girl Danielle! 💙🦷

If you’ve ever sat in Danielle’s chair, you know you’re in for two things: a sparkling clean smile and a guaranteed mood boost 😄 She somehow manages to floss your teeth and your worries away at the same time!

Danielle is as sweet as they come, always greeting everyone with a smile that instantly puts you at ease. And let’s be honest… she might be the only person who can ask you 10 questions while your mouth is full and still make you laugh 🤭

Beyond her amazing skills, she’s always there to listen — whether you’re talking about your weekend, your kids, or just need a little pick-me-up. She truly cares about every single patient who walks through our doors.

We are so lucky to have her on our team… and yes, your teeth agree 😉 Help us show Danielle some extra love! ✨

Happy Thanksgiving from the Renew Crew!
We loved celebrating our team Thanksgiving and are excited to spend the holiday with our families. Our office will be closing today at 1 PM and will reopen Monday morning.
