Dr. Moreau's grandson, who lives in the Dallas area, had his first dental visit today - just days before his 1st birthday. The baby visit starts with a thorough conversation with mom about teething habits, best practices and expectations. The exam and cleaning, James' favorite part 🙄, took mere seconds, and he's looking forward to his next visit in 6 months. Dr. Ben Curtis, Ben Curtis DDS - Curtis Kids Dentistry in Canton, TX, trained Dr. Moreau 4 years ago on using the Waterlase cold laser to perform infant frenectomies (lip and tongue-tie release) for babies who have difficulty nursing. Mom and Granny, who both also trained with Dr. Moreau on the tongue-tie techniques and creating a positive experience for new parents, were happy to see Dr. Curtis again.

Our own Dr Jim Moreau, a Diplomate, American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, had the honor of moderating a panel of fellow Diplomates taking questions at the Annual Meeting of the AADSM sent in by attendees and doctors in the audience about their approach and opinion on different aspects and techniques on helping patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
Of course he injected humor and inspired deeper insight from this group of nationally recognized experts.

Dr Moreau is in attendance at the Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
He is not only a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, he is a three year member of the Annual Meeting Committee where he helps choose topics and speakers for this event, and introduces and moderates speakers and sessions to 1200 attendees.
