What are some summer foods you should and should not be eating with braces? Great question! We are here to answer!
Yes:
Sugar-free popsicles
Fruit (Make sure your apples are cut up!!)
Yogurt
Smoothies
Sugar-free ice cream

No:
Whole apples
Any food that contains a lot of sugar
Corn on the cob (You can cut it off the cob!!)
Ice Cream with hard nuts
Anything that is chewy, sticky, or crunchy

Make sure you are brushing and flossing well with your braces!
