You should replace your toothbrush (or toothbrush head) every 3-4 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.

Your toothbrush works hard every day! Worn-out bristles aren’t as effective at removing plaque and keeping your teeth clean. If your toothbrush is looking a little rough, it might be time for a replacement! 😁

Dr. Reed is a member of the Columbus Dental Forum, meeting once a month to learn about new dental practices, dental tools, and ways to help her patients stay healthy!

The last meeting educated them about Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia.

Some symptoms may include:
- Being unable to remember things
- Asking the same question or repeating the same story over and over
- Becoming lost in familiar places
- Experiencing increased anxiety and/or aggression

It’s important to let your provider know if you notice symptoms in yourself or a loved one, to help treat dementia as soon as possible!
