A sweet reminder of why we do what we do!
We recently received this thank-you card and some sweet treats from a family whose teenage son had an unexpected finding on his dental X-ray.
The area looked suspicious, so we referred him out right away. After seeing an oral surgeon, and consulting with several universities and specialists, he is now on the road to recovery, and we couldn’t be more thankful that it was caught when it was. ❤️
Situations like this are such an important reminder that regular dental visits and recommended X-rays are about so much more than checking for cavities. Sometimes we find things that aren’t visible or causing any symptoms—and catching them early can make all the difference.
We are so grateful this family trusted us with their care, and we’ll be cheering this young man on every step of the way! 🦷💙
