Evergreen Dental Vacation Closure

Our office will be closed from Friday, August 22nd through Sunday, September 1st for vacation. We will reopen on Tuesday, September 2nd.

For dental emergencies, Dr. Rooke in Philomath will be available to see our patients. You can reach his office at (541) 929-3239.
