Reminders of Our Cancellation & Appointment Confirmation Policy
Our automated text message reminders allow you to respond directly to our front desk staff. If you have any questions, need to make changes, or need to reschedule, simply reply to the text message, and our team will assist you.
Important Appointment Confirmation Notice
Appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and by the Thursday prior to your Monday appointment. If we do not receive confirmation by this deadline, your appointment may be automatically removed from our schedule and offered to patients on our waitlist who are waiting for an earlier appointment.
We understand that life gets busy/people get sick, and we make multiple attempts to reach patients by phone before canceling unconfirmed appointments. However, as we are a very busy office with a high demand for appointments, we must manage our schedule carefully to accommodate patients who are waiting to be seen.
We kindly ask that you respond promptly to our text messages or return our calls to ensure your appointment remains on the schedule. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that unconfirmed appointments will be held beyond our confirmation deadline.
