Our Story

Started in 2008 by Dr. Howard R. Dixon. Dr. Jordan N. Buzzell joined the practice in April 2018 and Dr. Rachel T. Swimmer followed in July 2018.

Coronado Pediatric Dentistry provides dental care for children of all ages in a fun, space-themed environment conveniently located to serve patients from the Coronado community and surrounding San Diego areas. We are always accepting new patients and work directly with and accept most PPO insurance plans, including Tricare for our military families. Patients enjoy playing on iPads in the reception area’s Saturn planet room and watching movies on mounted screens above each treatment chair during their visit.
