Dental Hygiene Month: Home Habits 🦷

October is National Dental Hygiene Month, and a great time to check in on your brushing and flossing routine. Using small, gentle circles, brushing for two minutes twice a day, and cleaning between teeth with floss or a water flosser can do wonders. At Botts Dental Spa, our hygienists are always happy to answer questions and share practical tips for keeping your smile healthy at home. ✨
