You might be making some common mistakes that are sneaking up on your smile!

Here are a few to watch out for:
❌ Brushing too hard (it can wear down enamel!)
❌ Not brushing for a full 2 minutes
❌ Skipping your gumline
❌ Holding onto your toothbrush way too tightly

Pro tip: Brushing harder doesn't mean brushing better! 💡
Your teeth (and gums) will thank you for a gentler, more mindful approach. 🦷💙

We were excited to be included as one of almost 30 professionals at Corbin Middle School’s recent Career Fair last week! 🦷😎🦷 We got to talk about dentistry with close to 60 polite and engaged students ❤️ Maybe some of them will join the dental field one day! We may also have handed out BlowPops… Hope to go back again next year!
