Some of the most meaningful work I do never gets billed. We take part in a program that provides dental implants to veterans at no charge.

People who gave years of their lives, sometimes their health, and then got told that fixing their teeth was out of reach. Giving someone their bite back, their smile back, the simple freedom to eat what they want, it's the least I can do for someone who served.

A full set of new teeth in a day looks simple from the outside. Behind it is some of the most advanced technology in dentistry, working together.

It starts with scanning: a facial scanner captures your face and smile, an intraoral scanner maps your mouth, and photogrammetry pinpoints implant positions with extreme accuracy.

From there we plan the entire surgery digitally, then print custom guides so each implant goes exactly where it was planned. Much of the final work is designed and printed right here in our Coral Springs dental office, so we control the quality and the timing at every step.

None of this is technology for its own sake. It's what lets us deliver teeth that fit precisely and last, on the day we promised them. Precision and longevity, from the first scan to the final tooth.

Two people can brush the same and get very different results.

A lot of that difference lives in your saliva and the bacteria in your mouth. So instead of guessing, we can test. A simple saliva sample can flag risk markers and show us the balance of bacteria in your mouth, the good and the harmful.

You probably don't expect a body composition scan at the dentist. We use one, and there's a good reason. Before major implant or surgical work, how well you heal depends on what your body has to work with.

Protecting as much of your natural tooth as we can matters to us, and a hard tissue laser is one way we do that.

Some people have put off the dentist so long that walking through the door feels impossible. If that's you, I want you to know I've met a lot of people right where you are.
