Dr. Smith and I bought the practice in 2018. We were newlyweds living in Austin trying to plan our next step. Dr. Smith started searching for a dental practice in the Georgetown area, and found this one for sale. After meeting Dr. Hutchings and Sherrie we knew this was our practice. Dr. Hutchings had been practicing for 43 years and Sherrie was always by his side as she worked in the front office. Not very many couples can work together like that. They had their adult children helping in every aspect from all over the United States, and even their grandchildren were making toothbrush bags. They built the walls of the office with love. The patients and the community adored Dr. Hutchings and his family. Dr. Smith and I feel like they paved the way for us. We continue to try and make it a “family” practice as some of you may have noticed with our sweet son, Kash, sleeping under the desk or running in his walker. The Hutchings family has been a role model to us professionally and personally. We’re not just a dental office but a dental family. We love you, Dr. Hutchings, and feel blesssd that God crossed our paths. Thank you for all that you have done for us and Copperas Cove.
