This week, we’re shining the spotlight on the warm and welcoming face you’ll often see around the corner at the front desk—Ellen! 💚
💚 Why does Ellen love dentistry?� It’s all about the relationships she builds with our patients. Dr. Maze recently called Ellen our “Patient Advocate” and “Head of Patient Relations,” and we couldn’t agree more!
Ellen takes the time to truly get to know each patient and makes it her mission to help everyone who walks through our doors feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. She believes that the little conversations, familiar faces, and personal connections are what make a dental office feel like family. 🥰
☕ Favorite coffee order:� “I like to keep it simple!” 😂� An iced shaken espresso with oat milk, cinnamon powder, no simple syrup, and three pumps of sugar-free caramel. ☕🤎
✈️ Favorite hobbies:� Ellen and her husband Terry love traveling and making memories together, especially when they can spend time with their adult children and their beautiful blended family. And when she’s not traveling, you’ll likely find her soaking up precious time with her grandbabies! 🥰👶
✨ A few things you might not know about Ellen:� • She’s one of 12 siblings! 😲� • She spent an incredible 31 years working in orthodontics. 🦷� • She couldn’t be more excited to share that her middle son has been given the incredible opportunity to take over an established barbershop in West Akron and continue serving its wonderful clientele- now under a new name, Good Hands and with his own vision. She says, you should check him out!
We’re so lucky to have Ellen at the heart of our front desk. Her genuine care, warm personality, and ability to make everyone feel like they’ve been friends for years are such a special part of the Bath Family Dentistry experience. 💚
