She's been here for 30 years, starting as an assistant when she was just 19 years old. Since then, she's become such a familiar face around the office and has gotten to know so many of our patients and their families. Today, she is our Treatment Coordinator, helping patients with their smiles! 😁

Okay, it’s time to get to know Dr. Natalie Kochanowski! 💜🦷

You may have seen us talking about our newest addition, but there’s a lot more to Dr. Natalie Kochanowski than her dental degree. She grew up in Portland, Oregon, went to Midwestern University for dental school, and has traveled to Guatemala, Nepal, and Jamaica on dental mission trips. Those experiences helped shape the kind of dentist she is today: someone who really cares about making people feel comfortable, listened to, and confident in their care.

Outside the office, Dr. Kochanowski loves hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and their French bulldog. 🐾

She’s also a big fan of Banff, Belize, and Costa Rica, so clearly she has excellent taste in vacation spots. 😉 We’re so happy she’s here, and we can’t wait for you to meet her! 🥰

Happy Watermelon Day! 🍉 We’ve got a refreshing and easy recipe for you today! AND it’s sugar-free! 👍

Ingredients:
• 2 cups of cubed watermelon
• ½ lime juice

Directions:
• Place your cubed watermelon in the freezer overnight.
• Place your diced, frozen watermelon into a food processor or blender.
• Add lime juice a little at a time. Taste, then add more if needed.
• Continue to process your watermelon and lime juice until you get a sorbet-like texture.
