BRUSH FOR 2 MINUTES
Here’s why: Most people brush for way less time than they think! Two minutes gives you enough time to thoroughly clean all surfaces of your teeth.

CLEAN BETWEEN YOUR TEETH
Here’s why: Your toothbrush can’t reach there. Daily flossing removes plaque and food where cavities and gum disease love to start.

CLEAN YOUR TONGUE
Here’s why: Your tongue can harbor bacteria that contribute to bad breath and plaque buildup. A quick tongue clean can make a big difference.

We’re not here to tell you to give up your coffee… we’re dental professionals, not monsters.

A few ways to enjoy your daily cup while showing your teeth some love:

☕️ Enjoy it in one sitting instead of sipping all morning
💧 Follow it with water to rinse your mouth
🥛 Go easy on added sugars, syrups & sweetened creamers
🪥 Wait about 30 minutes before brushing
✨ Keep up with your regular brushing, flossing & cleanings

And remember: iced coffee isn’t automatically better for your teeth—it’s what’s in your cup and how long you’re sipping it that matters!

🎉 Help us wish the happiest birthday to Dr. Lenderman! 🎂

He’s incredibly dedicated to our practice (and if you’ve seen the front lawn, you know he’s equally dedicated to that too—it’s looking more like Augusta National every day 😂⛳️).

He is exceptionally good at what he does, and so loved by his patients. He keeps it lighthearted around the office with his sense of humor, and makes being nearly impossible to prank part of the fun. We’re still determined to get him one of these days! 🤪

He’s also constantly on the move—running, biking, staying active and somehow finding ways to make the rest of us feel lazy just hearing about it 😂 So it’s only fitting that he’s spending his birthday doing what he loves in beautiful Colorado! 🏔️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Today we’re celebrating our amazing Christy! 🤍

Christy is the kind of person who makes everything run smoothly, often behind the scenes without ever asking for recognition. She is incredibly kind, supportive, dedicated, and always has everyone’s best interest at heart.

From keeping things organized and running smoothly to making sure the break room is stocked (because someone has to keep us all fed 😂), Christy takes care of so many little things that make a BIG difference in our day-to-day.

Her hard work, consistency, and dedication do not go unnoticed. We are so thankful for everything she does for our team and for the heart she brings to our office every single day!
