Our goal is to build mutual trust and respect with our patients. On the first visit, we need to evaluate the current state of dental health – almost everyone is different. There will likely be an exam and X-Rays (unless we may request recent ones taken from another doctor). This allows Dr. Lord to determine a diagnosis. Following, there will be a discussion of available options based upon the diag

nosis. This is how we earn your trust and respect: by showing you that we have your best interests at heart. From what you need to what you want, Dr. Lord will listen, then tell you options available take to make it happen. It is that simple – everything is fully disclosed from the first appointment. Dr. Lord, a graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, is a skilled dental practitioner. His education - combined with his naturally honest character - makes Dr. Lord exactly what people need in a no-nonsense dentist. We happen to like our patients, so we try to interact with them outside of the professional setting. We want to hear their stories, see their pictures; please, post on our page and we’ll share! We do our best to be entertaining and informative and we hope you like it. Our administration team is friendly and helpful, the hygienists are knowledgeable and professional, and Dr. Lord and his assistants are skilled, thorough and honest. We believe in full-disclosure and explanation so that the patient has the necessary tools for educated decisions. We also know a big frustration with dentistry is waiting - waiting on hold, cleaning appointments months away, waiting upon arrival in the lobby, waiting between treatment dates. We understand the frustration, so we focus our efforts on little-to-no waiting.
