Front Desk Coordinator – Concord, NC

Our current front office team member is relocating, and she’s happy to help train the new hire, so you’ll be supported from day one.

About the Role

You’ll be the welcoming face of our growing Concord, NC dental office—greeting patients with a smile 😊, guiding them through their first visit, verifying insurance, and keeping the front desk running smoothly without getting overwhelmed.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, calm, and organized
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Experience preferred but not required (Dentrix is a plus!)
• We care more about the right fit than a perfect resume 💙
