Dear Patients

We understand you may have questions regarding mask requirements in our dental office with the recent changes to California’s mask mandate. We greatly respect everyone’s opinion and convictions regarding such a sensitive subject. Those mask changes for California, (effective June 15, 2021), don’t apply to healthcare settings. Therefore, we ask that all patients and visitors continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing during their appointment, except when seated in the patient chair during treatment.

We have adopted our policies to comply with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidance for fully vaccinated individuals. The guidance states that face coverings and social distancing are still required for all individuals in health care settings, including dental offices, regardless of their vaccination status.

At Dr. Elizabeth B. Nichols, we believe in putting the health and safety of our dental team and patients first and have always adopted the most cautious approach regarding government and health officials’ recommendations in response to the pandemic.
We thank you all for your understanding and patience as we work diligently to protect the health and safety of our patients and dental team during these challenging times.

One year ago, life changed for all of us here at the office..
Now here we are, stronger than ever! All of us are fully vaccinated and so grateful to be seeing all of our wonderful patients and swapping our Covid coping stories with you❤️
