Four no prep composite veneers!!

Composite allowed us to restore our wonderful patient’s teeth without having to remove any tooth structure and also providing a beautiful esthetic result.

Renamel NANO Plus composite was used for this case. I used B1 for the lingual and dentin layers. Incisal Light was used for the final enamel layer.

In dentistry, esthetics and function always go hand in hand. Teeth that are in the correct position and part of a proper functioning bite allow for minimally invasive dentistry with a better long term prognosis.

For this case did an outstanding job with the orthodontic work that allowed us to complete four minimally invasive composite veneers (on teeth 7-10). Renamel NANO Plus was used for this case.

For so many cases, cosmetic dentistry is about blending with nature. For this case we worked on three teeth, and used both composite and porcelain.

For the front two teeth, we replaced the old porcelain crowns with new crowns that blend incredibly well with her adjacent teeth. Amazing porcelain work by .

For our patient’s tooth 7 (lateral incisor) we used composite in order to be as minimally invasive as possible. The only prep work was to remove old composite bonding. Renamel NANO Plus shades D2 and incisal light were used. Omnichroma was used for a final layer.

Composite Dentistry!

Due to periodontal disease, there has been extensive bone loss and tissue loss around these anterior teeth.

We used pink composite (to simulate gum tissues) and tooth colored composite to fill in spaces around our patient’s teeth. Our goal was to improve function as well as esthetics for our wonderful patient.

Renamel Gingafill was used to simulate gum tissues. Renamel NANO Plus was used as our tooth colored composite.

The Black Triangle System was used to help us place our composite in this case.

Our wonderful patient was born without lateral incisors. Using a conservative approach we were able to use porcelain veneers to make the canines (in the usual position of lateral incisors) look like lateral incisors.

For the preparation we only removed old composite bonding material and added a very fine finish line by the gingival margin of the teeth. **Our prep is shown in the second photo. Other than that, no further prep was needed.

In order to complete a case like this, tooth position, and a healthy functional bite is essential. The Williams and Gallagher ortho team did an amazing job with our patient’s ortho care and provided us with these essential components.
