Lower Denture Fit for Implants - by Carl J.

I was called promptly on time and was tended to by Dr. Bracken plus several other assistants. Everyone had a role to play and performed it without flaw. All questions I had were answered. Concern for my mouth, gums, implant studs was foremost. Any discomfort was brief and resolved.

I visited CFDC for the first time in September 2025. I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, technician, and dentist. I kept my previous dentist for more than 25 years, until my insurance company dropped coverage. I thought I'd never find another dentist as good. CFDC apperars to be headed in the right direction.

Is iced coffee bad for your teeth? Whether you like yours hot or iced, all coffee is acidic and can lead to tooth sensitivity and increase the risk of cavities if consumed in excess. It can also stain your teeth over time. Many commercially available iced coffees contain added sugars or sweetened syrups, which can promote tooth decay and gum disease if consumed frequently. But don’t worry - we won’t ask you to take away your iced coffee for good!

To minimize potential negative effects on your teeth while enjoying iced coffee:
- Limit consumption of sugary or sweetened varieties.
- Drink through a straw positioned toward the back of your mouth to reduce contact with teeth.
- Rinse your mouth with water after drinking coffee to help neutralize acidity and reduce staining.
- Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth at least twice a day and flossing daily.

You may have heard the claim that charcoal toothpaste can be used to naturally whiten your teeth.
