Excited to recognize our amazing Dr. Wade on National Boss's Day!

We truly couldn’t ask for a more caring boss. He treats our team like family, always looking out for us, supporting us, and making sure we know how much we’re appreciated. And that same caring heart is what he brings to his patients every single day. He genuinely cares about every person who walks through our doors and is passionate about giving them the very best care.
We are lucky to work for someone who leads with kindness, compassion, and a whole lot of heart.

Happy Boss’s Day, Dr. Wade! We appreciate you more than you know!

💗 Remembering our dear friend and co-worker, Belinda 💗

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved friend and co-worker, Belinda.

Belinda was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2025 and fought incredibly hard over the past year. While we are deeply saddened by her loss, we feel incredibly blessed to have had the privilege of knowing her and calling her part of the Wade Orthodontics family.

Belinda will forever be remembered for her kindness, her caring heart, and her incredible work ethic. She gave so much of herself to those around her, and her presence made a difference in the lives of our patients, our team, and everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Although our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the memories, the laughter, and the time we were given with her. Her beautiful spirit will remain a part of our Wade Orthodontics family, and she will be deeply missed.

Rest peacefully, Belinda. Thank you for being such a special part of our lives.

🍂 Fall Retreat = Team Fun Day! 🍂

Every fall, Dr. Wade treats our team to a special Fall Retreat. Some years are focused on learning and training, some are all about recharging—and this year? It was all about fun, laughter, and connecting with each other!
Our destination: Grandview Heights!
We kicked off the day with a delicious breakfast at Biscuit Belly, visited Ohio Craft Museum, and then put our artistic skills to the test making candles at Penn & Beech.
We headed to Agave & Rye for lunch and wrapped up our adventure with a little shopping!
What a wonderful way to spend a beautiful fall day together! We’re so grateful for a boss who makes time to celebrate his team and create memories outside the office, too. 🍁

Looks like Hailee’s biggest smile yet has nothing to do with braces!

A very special congratulations to our Records Technician, Hailee... who got a little surprise this weekend when Dylan popped the question… and she said YES! 🎉

We couldn’t be happier for these two and are so excited to celebrate this next chapter with them. Cheers to a lifetime of love, laughter, and beautiful smiles! 🥂

Join us in celebrating nine years with our Lab Technician, Michelle!
She joined our team in 2017 as a chairside assistant and we quickly realized she had tremendous fine motor skills. We sent her to training for creation of orthodontic appliances and have never looked back. With her skills and attention to detail, we are able to keep our lab work in house which provides a very quick production time of retainers and appliances. Thank you Michelle for all you do!
