Among all disciplines in dentistry, I love implant dentistry the most. My journey in implantology began in 2006 when I started a two year program in NYU. I would travel to NYU one day a week, Wednesdays, to learn surgical placement of dental implants and of course to restore them. In September of 2018 my colleague, Dr. Herbie Mendelson and I started a similar program in University of Maryland dental school. We teach licensed dentist who share the same passion, to place and restore dental implants. This program is unique since the participants get an opportunity to work on actual patients. I feel lucky to be able to work, teach, and learn more everyday.
