I am impressed by this dental office. My old dentist had retired and my records were transferred to Elite Smiles. Although I had scheduled a first appointment in the future, I got a toothache. I called and they didn't hesitate and made me an appointment within days. I arrived 30 minutes early but was called from the waiting room within 5 minutes. The very friendly and professional dental assistants had me in the chair getting x-rays immediately. I loved that I wasn't put in a room and made to wait 20 minutes before anyone came. They showed me the x-rays and explained what they thought was happening. Dr. Reznick came in, examined the tooth and determined that I had need of a root canal. They explained what that entailed and the cost. They showed what my insurance would pay, and what my part would be; they printed it out for me. I had an option to have the first part done right then, and come back next week for the crown fitting. Or I could come in next week and have it all done at one appointment. Throughout my visit, every single person there was friendly, smiling, and professional. I would say they all love working there. And I think I am going to love going there.
