Dr. David Lee began his dental career in 1996 doing an internship in Catonsville. In December 1997 he purchased his first practice in Silver Spring, MD. From there, he expanded to Ellicott City, MD in 2002. In July 2015, the office was relocated to its beautiful new home in Columbia, MD. Now Columbia Advanced Dental Studio is able to offer the latest in dental technology including laser dentistry, neuromuscular dentistry for the treatment of TMJ disorders and Sleep Dentistry for the treatment of sleep apnea. In addition to all areas of general dentistry, Dr. Lee places and restores implants with the assistance of Cone Beam CT technology. We are always accepting new patients because we love to serve the community by giving each of you the smile that you deserve! Although the time is split between Silver Spring and Columbia, you can always reach one of our amazing team members any business day of the week. We are incredibly proud to welcome Dr. Connor Lu to the practice! Originally from Montgomery County, he is thrilled to be serving patients back in their home community.
Dr. Lu brings a distinguished academic background to our team, having graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Recognized for his leadership and eloquence, he also had the distinct honor of serving as the commencement speaker for the University of Maryland, College Park. During his academic journey, he dedicated significant time to mentorship and leadership, serving as a peer mentor for the College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences, a teaching assistant for undergraduate students, and the Education Chair for Delta Epsilon Mu. Deeply committed to community health, he served as a student dental provider for Mission of Mercy and acted as a D2 Representative, organizing essential volunteer events for Community Outreach and Engagement.
Outside of the office, he leads a dynamic and active life. A true sports enthusiast, he enjoys basketball, football, and tennis. He is also a talented piano player, a chess enthusiast, and an adventurous foodie who loves trying new cuisines and learning to cook. His love for exploration has taken him to beautiful destinations like Switzerland, Greece, and Hawaii. Closer to home, he enjoys testing his knowledge at trivia nights, hitting the karaoke stage with friends, and relaxing with his two cats, Marshmallow and Shadow. He looks forward to providing you with exceptional, compassionate dental care that the patients at Lee Dentistry and Columbia Advanced Dental Studio have come to expect!
