About Our Doctors:

Dr. Jerry Tafolla

Dr. Tafolla has over 20 years of experience providing wholehearted dental care to patients and their families, and he has been with the practice for over 18 years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and then continued to dental school at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Kurtis Hammack

Dr Hammack graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2012 and completed a rigorous one year residency in Advanced General Dentistry the following year. A couple weeks ago we're grateful to have donated toothbrushes and essential oral care supplies to Care and Share for families and individuals displaced by the Aspen Acres fires. A special thank you to our patient, Mary, for helping make this donation possible.
Our hearts are with everyone affected during this difficult time. We hope these small comforts remind those impacted that their community is thinking of them and standing beside them.
