Other Effective Methods for Whiter Teeth🦷👇🏼

▪️Crest 3D White Strips: used to be obsessed with these when I was a teen

PROS: effective for most (if you’re consistent and follow aftercare😉) I’ve seen great results using them in the past, it just took forever to see them! Some of my clients have told me they’ve gotten great results from Crest strips as well

CONS: since they contain a lower % of peroxide, they take longer to whiten your teeth. You may have to use them for a month to see results (depending on the type). Uncomfortable, not the best tasting, gums are not protected (can potentially irritate/burn), might experience mild to moderate sensitivity

▪️Dentist At-Home Trays:

PROS: effective for most people, might take awhile to see results (3-10 uses) ⏳

CONS: can be pricey💰might have to use them for awhile to see results

▪️Dentist Zoom Whitening:

PROS: immediate results, gums are protected

CONS: expensive💰ranges from $400-800 per session, most people experience sensitivity

▪️🏆Cosmetic LED Teeth Whitening aka your best option:

PROS: immediate results, gums protected, affordable (ranges between $95-300 per session depending on the technician)

CONS: might have to get a couple session done to get to a very white shade, might experience mild to moderate sensitivity (depending on your enamel and your genetics🧬)
