Sports drinks are everywhere in the summer - workouts, practices, games, long days outside. 🌞

They’re often marketed for hydration and performance, but many are also high in sugar and acids that can stick around on your teeth longer than you’d expect. When sipped slowly over time, that exposure can increase the risk of enamel wear and cavities.
