Family time is the best time! Our family got to spend 10 short days in Southwest Costa Rica! We swam, hit the beach for surfing and body boarding, zip lined through the rainforest, took a boat tour of the Sierpre River mangroves, made (and ate!) chocolate, consumed some amazing local food, saw some amazing animals and birds, and made great memories. My wife and I also decided after 25 years of marriage and four crazy kids to renew our wedding vows at the vacation house. Oh, we also managed to lose a tooth (which the tooth fairy compensated for in Costa Rican colones) and maintain impeccable oral hygiene! Thanks, CMK family, for allowing me this amazing time with the ones I love more than life itself. Pura vida! Dr. Derek

Christmas/New Years 2025 hours:
We will close to patient care at 12:30 pm on Thursday, December 18th and reopen at 8:00 am on Monday, January 5th, 2026 to give our staff a much needed holiday break with their families. We wish everyone a safe and joyous Christmas season!

Unfortunately we are closed again today. Dr. Derek isn’t feeling well and doesn’t want to “spread the love” to any of his young patients. Sorry for the inconvenience for those impacted. Our staff will work to get everyone rescheduled ASAP.

Saying “goodbye” is hard! We’ve watched this young man grow and develop these last 10 years, and we are so proud of the strides he’s taken in his dental journey!
