Looking for a new dentist can be difficult so I wanted to tell you what to expect as a patient at our practice. I have to begin by telling you how great our staff is. If you look at our many reviews and surveys you’ll see our patients regularly comment on the kindness and professionalism of our staff. Our patients have often complemented our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office for exce

ptional service and dedication. This is gratifying because I know how important helping our patients have a positive experience is to them. A visit to the dentist for some of my newer patients is a little like what going to an auto mechanic used to be like for me. You know you probably have an issue but know very little about it and the possible solutions. Before I found a mechanic I could trust, I felt vulnerable due to my lack of knowledge and I worried about being taken advantage of. This is a position none of us like to be in. To help my patients feel comfortable I always take pictures of the problem and discuss with you what I’m seeing and what the options are for addressing it. I am generally conservative when it comes to treatment recommendations and will always value your time and resources. I never want to make someone feel embarrassed whatever their situation may be.
