Dear patients,

We would like to take a moment to thank you for being a loyal patient to our office. It means a lot to us. We’d like to inform you that we recently moved into our new office. It’s not far from our old office. It’s about a mile going down Ridge Pike towards Collegeville. Our office is in between the All Sports Center and Community Music School on the left hand side. We hope this helps you find us for future appointments. Our phone number and email address are still the same.
