Is your mouthguard actually doing its job, or is it secretly harboring bacteria? 😬

Keep this quick checklist of Do’s and Don'ts in mind to make your guard last longer and stay fresh:

The DO’s:
✅ DO rinse it right away: Wash with cool water and mild soap after every use.
✅ DO store it in a vented case: Airflow prevents mold and bacteria growth!
✅ DO bring it to your checkups: We’ll inspect it for wear and proper fit.

The DON’Ts:
🚫 DON'T use hot water: Heat warps the plastic and ruins the custom fit.
🚫 DON'T leave it in a hot car: High temperatures will melt or distort it.
🚫 DON'T leave it out around pets: Dogs love the scent of saliva on mouthguards and will chew them to pieces in seconds!

Pro Tip: Never chew on the edges of your mouthguard during games, it breaks down the protective material much faster!
