Does your child snore, mouth breathe, or seem restless at night? Their jaw might have something to do with it 😮

The way it grows actually shapes their airway, their breathing, and even their sleep. When we see narrow arches or crowded teeth early on, it can mean the airway is narrow too.

Between the ages of four and seven, there's a really important window where we can guide that growth, open things up, and help kids breathe better through their nose. It makes a bigger difference than most people realize!
