Clear brackets and tooth colored wires allow you to be undergoing treatment with many around you not even aware that you have braces on! If you've ever had a crown, you likely recall the messy impressions which were required as well as the temporary crown you had on for a couple of weeks while the case was sent to a lab. Well, things have changed in a big way. Now, thanks to 3D computer modeling using our CEREC CAD/CAM system – we'll have your crown ready at the same visit we prepare the tooth! Watch it being designed on virtual models, then watch that design be created from a solid block of ceramic material – fabricated in under 15 minutes in our milling chamber. The earliest recorded dentist was an Egyptian named Dr. Hesyreh, dating back to approximately 2600 B.C. During this period, dental instruments included copper drills, bone saws, and chisels. Even then, dentists recognized the significance of oral health. Fortunately, dental instrumentation has undergone substantial advancements since then!
