Getting the Tdap vaccine protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis! The Tdap vaccine is recommended for adults and children ages 7 and older, with a booster recommended every 10 years. The vaccine is also recommended for pregnant women with each pregnancy. When you get a Tdap vaccine, you are not only protecting yourself from these three harmful diseases – you are also protecting your family and those in your community. Talk with your doctor to see if you’re due for your Tdap vaccine or booster. We are your partner in health!
