Partners across California are continuing to expand whole-person care, and the latest quarterly report shows strong, sustained growth and impact.
• 509,000+ Medi-Cal members have received Enhanced Care Management (ECM) since 2022.
• 580,000+ members have accessed Community Supports
• 186,000+ members used at least one Community Support in Q4 2025.
• 247,000+ members received ECM in Q4 2025, and 94% of Medi-Cal members had access to 10+ Community Supports.
These trends show more members getting timely care coordination, housing and nutrition supports, and other services that help people stay healthier and avoid higher, and more costly, levels of care.
