After earning his bachelors degree from Walters State Community College and Carson Newman college, Doctor Foster received his doctorate from UT in 1981. He has since taken many continuing education courses, specializing in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Foster is a graduate of the prestigious LVI Institute and a member of the American Dental Association.
