NEW ROAD CLOSURE UPDATE 🚕🛠️🚧🚦

🚧 Construction Update – Bluff Boulevard Closure 🚧

Beginning Monday, June 22, Bluff Boulevard will be closed to all through traffic from S. 14th Street to College Avenue due to full roadway reconstruction. This closure is expected to remain in place for the duration of the construction season.
🔧 Work includes sewer replacement, retaining walls, and full road reconstruction.

⚠️ Additional impacts:
Bluff Blvd is reduced to two lanes starting at 2nd Ave S
Southbound traffic must exit before S. 14th Street

🔁 Detours will follow:
2nd Ave S → S. 18th St → College Ave → Manufacturing Dr / Harts Mill Rd
🛍️ Local business access remains open:

Bob’s One Stop & Cornerstone Wellness (from the north)
Clinton Convenience & Liquor (from the south via College Ave / Harts Mill Rd)

Please plan ahead, follow posted detours, and drive safely!

Last Thursday, our team had a great time checking out one of the new Thomas Dambo trolls and enjoying an afternoon of pickleball together. We love seeing new attractions bring people together and finding fun ways to connect outside the office.
