Did you know your toothbrush should be replaced every 3 months… or even sooner if the bristles start looking worn out? 😬
Frayed bristles don’t clean your teeth (or braces!) as effectively, which means plaque can hang around where it doesn’t belong. Keeping a fresh toothbrush on hand helps keep your smile healthy and sparkling throughout treatment. 😁💙

Bonus tip: If you’ve been sick recently, it’s a great idea to swap out your toothbrush too! 🪥✨
